November 10th - League - Strollers 1 v 1 Tynecastle
Tynecastle kicked off with a strong wind behind them but it was Strollers who made all the early running. Into the wind Strollers kept the ball down and played some good football and deservedly took the lead after 30 mins, a cross field pass from Devlin picked out Dickson on the right, Dickson took the ball wide before playing the ball across the goal leaving Reid with a simple tap in. Strollers continued to press after the goal and should have added to their tally before Tynecastle equalised on the strock of half time. Strollers failed to deal with a throw in on the Tynecastle right, Aird delivered a dangerous ball across to the back post, it took a wicked deflection before hitting the post and rolling over the line.

After the break Strollers continued to dominate but once again failed to provide the killer touch, Dickson and Wheelan both hit the bar, Devlin hit the post and Gilbertson saved well twice from Currie. Tynecastle could have stolen it near the end when a shot from the edge of the box grazed the top of the bar. All in all another good performance football wise but chances are still going a begging.
